Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved in advance. To begin, contact us by email. Once your request is accepted, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions for proper packaging

A return authorization number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
